Hello,
I work for an ISP company, recently we've got a lot of complaints from our customer who are using Tplink-WR741nd v4.22 routers.
Almost all problems are related to signal strength, precisely - from around 2.5 meters from router the internet doesn't work(for example the ping to router got lost )
I've tried to upgrade from off site but without success, then I upgraded the firmware from DDWRT but it also didn't solve the problem.
I also tried to change the wireless options i.e. channel mode, channel width etc..
I'd like to add that it's been already 4-th router so far that has the same problem.
Any advice? Thanks in advance.
