TL-WDR4300 USD Storage Problem

I'm trying to link up my router Western Digital 2TB external drive (formated as NTFS)
On setup page, my external drive is detected but when I try to login, it's blank, nothing there (actually, there is some file on my external drive and workable when link up with PC), also can't store anything there (actually, already setup with read/write and FTP access right). Face the same when I login as FTP.
So, what's the problem? How do I fix it? Thanks
