Connection disconnected

Hardware Version : V1
Firmware Version : TD-W8968v1_0.6.0_0.11

Hi,
Problem:
Connected for 5-10mins then disconnect.
Download all 3 firmwares and test connection 1 by 1 - still same result.
Settings:
vpi=0
vci=35
DSL modulation=auto
Annex=A
Connection type=pppoe
username/password : correct
SNR Margin : 25/39
Line Attenuation : 8/7
No problem when use old modem.
Any ideas what should I do to get connected?
