Hardware Version : V1

Firmware Version : wr1042nv1_en_3_15_7_up_boot(130923)

ISP : Eastlink


Infomation
-Not the ISP's doing
-The "SyS" light turns off
-Tried upgrading the firmware(did not work)
- Disconnects every 2-5 mins
-Purchased 1 month ago
Temp. Solution -Unplugging and re-plugging it back in the restart the router.
I need a Perm Solution by tonight, or else I'm returning it and giving a terrible review and getting it off shelves.

First - Did you make factory default reset on the router and again make configuration?

Yes I have, I infact replaced the router, But now it is doing the samething!
I have my suspicions that it's my ISP's doing but I've contacted them and they did noting to my settings

It looks strange because you have change a router.What wan type do you select?When you have disconnected,you can log into the router page to see if you have the wan IP.

Yes, I have the right WAN selected (PPOPE) and no, The router just stops working. Like I can't go to 192.168.0.1 to change or fix the problem, I have to unplug it and replug it in.

no, The Power Chord. I'm getting really frustrated with this device. I even called Tech Support, and the problem is still occurring
