Set up Wizard does nothing

I've recently purchased a TL-PS11OU print server. It is plugged into my network via an ethernet switch, and to the printer via USB.
When I run the set-ip wizard on the provided CD, and installation prompt appears, and then nothing happens. I cannot see the the printer in 'Printers and Devices' and entering the provided IP into a browser results in nothing also.
I am running Windows 7. Any suggestions?
