Region : Argentina

Model : TL-WA901ND

Hardware Version : V3

Firmware Version :

ISP :

I have been having major issues with the TL-WA750RE since I implemented it. I needed a range extender to cover the rest of our house as the BT Home Hub 4 did not have enough range to cover the roof space where I have my office. I installed the TL-WA750RE on the floor below where there is a good signal from the BT Home Hub 4. When I try to connect to it from any WiFi mobile device they can see the range extender and the signal is very strong but they don't seem to connect very well. I have tried a number of different mobile devices and they all show the same symptoms.

Have other people seen this issue and is there any solution? I have made sure that the TL-WA750RE is on the latest revision of firmware but this does not seem to solve the issue.

Define "not connect very well".
Try to set 750RE as static IP, see if the issue still exist.

I have tried that and it didn't work with the Home Hub 4 but when I used the extender with another router, a TP-Link one then it worked. It looks like the issue is at the Home Hub 4 end and it might be a compatibility issue.
