no internet access with TL-WA850RE

I have installed the extender on my main wifi network. I defined another SSID for the extender.
on laptop I see the both wireless networks (main & extender), but most of time both give the error message "no internet access"
at tfhe same time I can connect my iPad the both of the networks and no internet issue on the ipad.
what can I do to resolve the laptop issue
