I have a wn422g and i bought and one wdn3200 as an upgrade
I am using the adapter very close to the access point
With wdn3200 i notice that every 30sec-1minyte ping lost 1-2 packets
when i changed adapter to the old wn422n the problem disappear
I have one w7 and one XP laptop and i made the tests with 4-5 different modems or access points i have
My encryption is wpa2 and i tied all drivers from tp-link and raling web site
Another problem was that i couldnt connect to my wpa2 modem with wdn3200 until i upgrade with raling drivers
