TP-Link 3G/3.75G Router MR3220:: No Signal Strength For ZTE AC2738?

I called Customer Care and confirmed that MR3220 supports ZTE AC2738 Model even though it is not there in Compatible list. But when i actually configured- It is showing as Modem Identified but signal strenth is showing Zero.
