Router to be as a Root AP in repeater mode of the access-point
Region : Argentina
Model : TL-WA901ND
Hardware Version : V3
Firmware Version :
ISP : BT
Is that possible to repeat the wireless network of a BT Home Hub 5 by a TL-WA500G? The Wi-Fi network is encrypted by WPA2-PSK. I would like to extend the network coverage by this access-point via Wi-Fi only (without wires). The question is, can that BT router be a Root AP as seen on the following picture?
If so, how can I set the encryption properties in the AP to be able to connect to the BT Home Hub? I tried the Repeater and the Universal Repeater mode but the AP couldn't connect to the BT's Wi-Fi.
