TD-W8961ND firmware update query

I have a query regarding updating the firmware of a TP-Link router. The model number is TD-W8961ND (V3). The site takes me to a page where I can download the firmware.
According to the router's status page the firmware version is 3.0.0 Build 120808 Rel 28888
The file name of the .zip that contains the firmware is TD-W8961ND_V_3_120524.zip
As you can see, the firmware version in the file name is lower than that reported by the router.
Unfortunately, the .zip file simply contains a file named ras which does not help to verify the firmware version. Have I downloaded the correct file?
