TP-LINK stopped sending data

Hi Guys,
My TP-LINK has suddenly stopped sending data to my Android devices (the only thing it's used for).
I still have a great WI-FI signal (as indicated by an App on my phone) but no data, I can't even connect to it.
One thing has changed on the front panel, the LAN light is now permanently flashing at a very fast rate, I'm sure it didn't use to.
Does anyone have any ideas for a quick fix, or should I send it back (it's 9 months old).
