Can't get 300Mbps out of TL-WR841N v8.4

I have an Intel Dual Band Wireless AC 7260 2x2 with supported speed up to 867 Mbps and TL-WR841N with supported speed up to 300Mbps, but I can never get real upload speed higher than 71Mbps and download speed 32Mbps.
Also in the network connection details window I see maximum of 162-180Mbps no matter how close to the router I am.
Can you please tell me how to increase the speed of my wireless connection? Where is the bottleneck?
I have already set up router to use only 40Mhz channel.
