TP-Link TL-PA411 Kit buzzing sound

Hello all,
Has anyone come across the issue where the power adapters emit a buzzing sound? Its a very low volume and last for about 5 secs then stops for about 2 secs and repeats. I have swapped adapters and both are doing the same thing.
