TL-WR841N Limited Connectivity

Firmware Version : 3.13.33 Build 130506 Rel.48660n
ISP : RDS
I have just bought a new TL-WR841N router.
It works perfect with all my devices (laptops, mobiles, PS3) except for one laptop.
On this laptop it connects but shows limited connectivity. The internet works on this laptop when the ethernet cable is connnected through the router but not wireless.
The laptop wireless however, works with all other routers.
The laptop is a HP pavillion dm1 running windows 8.1.
Why is it showing limited connectivity??
(I returned my first TL-WR841N and got a new one but same problem)
Also when i try upgrading the firmware to V9 i get the following message:
" Error code: 18005
Upgrade unsuccessfully because the version of the upgraded file was incorrect. Please check the file name."
