hi, my router model is TD-W8961ND.

and it was working fine with Wifi and suddenly the wifi was disabled and the LED is no longer working. instead LAN led is on. since i don't have an Ethernet cable i can not connect it through the network port.
ADSL and internet LED lights are on ( but not blinking) - these remain on even if i remove the phone line from the router!
i tired to reset the router/restart the router but no change in the settings. it's almost like the router is "stuck" in one setting. a week ago technician from the ISP did some adjustments in the settings to reset the ISP settings, however WIFI continued to work normal after this.
what should be done about this ?
