Samsung SmartTV refuses to accept connection

Hardware Version : V2
Firmware Version :
ISP : Orange
I am using a TP-Link TL-WA830RE (repeater mode) to connect my Samsung SmartTV to a wireless network.
The TV refuses to accept it is connected.
TV is connected to the router, it respond to PING, but not to the internet.
TV configured with fixed or automatic IP don't solve the problem.
Enabling and disabling DHCP on the TP-Link but the problem continues.
TP-link configured in WPA or WPA2 don't solve the problem.
TP-link configured in IP Static mode.
TP-link firmware is updated to the last (and first) version
