Huawei E392 showing DNS error with MR3020

ISP : Maxis
The modem is fine . . connected just fine to the internet but the problem is the router because still no internet access shown . . i've tried use the microsoft diagnostic problem and it showed DNS error . . any solution guys ? please . . .
