TD-W8970 stays "Cable Unplugged" for a long time after restart
Region : Others
Model : TD-W8970
Hardware Version : V1
Firmware Version : 0.6.0 2.8 v000c.0 Build 130828 Rel.38099n

Dear TP-Linkers,
I'm having this issue whenever i reboot my PC, the status stays "Network Cable Unplugged" for at least 10 minutes before it connects, while the wifi works perfectly and instantly.
and when it connects it stays connected without any disconnection so there is nothing wrong with the cable, it only happens when i reboot my pc.
it connects instantly with my previous "Thompson" router, i have no idea why it takes time to simply connect through a wired connection on this high-end router!
i do hesitate to reboot my pc to be honest :P
anyone have any idea about it please let me know, thanks in advance
PC specs:
Win7, Core 2 due 2.4, connected via motherboard LAN port.
