Is it possible to dissable WPS on TL-WA850RE? (WPS brute force attack?)
Region : Others
Model : TL-WA850RE
Hardware Version : V1
Firmware Version : 3.14.8 Build 140310 Rel.54716n

Hi,
How can I dissable WPS on TL-WA850RE? I have latest firmware=3.14.8 Build 140310 Rel.54716n.
On my "root" AP (Linksys Smart wifi) I have disabled WPS, but on this TL-WA850RE there is no WPS
settings to disable it, as described here: How to avoid brute force attack on WPS?
If I try to brute force attack WPS, it trigers "WPS locked". But probably after long time it is
possible to crack it, especially because I use this device in different part of the house and when
I unplug electricity and move it to different room WPS is not locked any more and attacker can
continue attack:(
It would be very good to have option to disable WPS, since it is not obligatory and it pose
possible security issue.
Best regards,
Thomas.
