WR741ND - configure WakeOnLan for Teamviewer via public adress

Hi,
First of all i want to tell you i'm not a pro in ip,dns,dhcp or anything but this.
I want to configure my WR-741nd for my home PC to WakeOnLan via my team view acount
this can be done in two ways, the firs option is via an other computer that stays permanently on with teamview opened. (well this is not an option because i dont have that second computer)
the second way is the hard one via my router, i tried for several hours but this is beyond my grasp, the instruction tha teamview provide is very flimsy and missleading.

my PC that i want to WOL:
Connection-specific DNS Suffix: 192-168-0-1.rdsnet.ro
Physical Address: 00-25-22-5B-17-DC
DHCP Enabled: Yes
IPv4 Address: 192.168.0.104
IPv4 Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
IPv4 Default Gateway: 192.168.0.1
IPv4 DHCP Server: 192.168.0.1
IPv4 DNS Server: 192.168.0.1
IPv4 WINS Server:
NetBIOS over Tcpip Enabled: Yes
my router configuration that i last tried and it did not work
my team view computer settings
any else information i will provide,
NOTE: i dont want to use anyother software for WOL, i need TeamView.
