Hi all, I'm after some help please because I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong! 

I'm trying to block the WhatsApp website from being accessible on my daughter's laptop. I've added the specific URL and selected WhatsApp from the drop-down on the blocked sites section of her profile but it's still accessible. In fact, any website I add on the list is still accessible despite being there. The only "real" control I seem to have is to be able to completely block the device. I'm using deco in WiFi router mode as expected.
