Hello,

I recently contacted my ISP as I have had no internet connection over the last few days. They did a few tests and said that the problem is with my router as the connection is getting sent to my house no problem. I was advised to reset my routers settings which I believe I have done by sticking a pin into the reset button on the back, and was given some setting to change on the web page by typing the IP address into the search bar which I think I have done.

The problem is still the same tho and I am not receiving any internet whatsoever on any device. The internet light is not lot on my router and I am lost as to what to do.

I'm not the most experienced user so any help would be extremely appreciated!
