I am unable to update the firmware for my three TL-PA211 Powerline adapters.
Cant find any help anywhere for this one and tried everything I can think of.

Tried the update with both the V1 and V2 Utility programs (both of which show my network of TP-PA211 adapters but neither actually show the LOCAL PA211 adapter?!)

Tried the update with both V1 and V2 firmware.

Always fails with message "Update failed"

Any suggestions.
Basically I want to update the firmware to see if I can improve the frankly awful speeds on the powerline network.

BT Infinity - 38Mb at router, drops to 9Mb off adapters :(
