Wifi network keeps disconnecting

I have a TL-WPA281KIT. My wifi extender keep disconnecting from time to time. Wifi signal is full but says 'no internet access'. This happens all of a sudden & sometimes it takes hours to get back to normal. This is on all devices (laptop & 2 mobile phones). Also I when trying to use utility management it does not detect any network. Can anyone pls advise what could be the problem ?
