MR3020 - after latest firmware update cannot change username password

MR3020 - after latest firmware update cannot change username password

Model : TL-MR3220
Hardware Version : V2
Firmware Version :

Just applied the latest firmware:
Firmware Version:
3.17.2 Build 140610 Rel.65031n
Hardware Version:
MR3020 v1 00000000
However if change the admin password or admin username and password . I cannot logon again with the new details or old details. Have to do a factory reset and then go back to using admin/admin
