Hi all,
I purchased the brand new M5360 3G+ router during my holidays in Europe.
Back to Montreal, I subscribed to a Bell plan and get a 4G sim card to use it.
Unfortunately, I get a NO SERVICE message on device screen.
A Bell rep. checked the IMEI and told me that it may not be compatible with Bell frequencies (800/1900 MHz ). It sounds weird as it's a new and multi frequency device ( the site mentions WDCMA : 2100/900MHz GSM : 850/900/1800/1900MHz)
Does anyone knows what's going on or which provider to choose ? Thx
