Adsl light not coming ON some time it blinks and sometime not

Hardware Version : V1
Firmware Version :
ISP : PTCL
I bought TD-W8968 last year and it was working fine till then but at once it got problem that no ADSL light was coming ON i thought its a firmware issue but still then it doesnot come ON.
But sometime it gets ON and gives three blinks and then get off.And in the status it shows Disconnected after showing DSL Intializing.
Anyone knows whats the problem.
