I am facing an unusual problem with my router. The internet light just keeps on glowing even if the network cable (from ISP) is not plugged in the WAN port. Tried resetting the router multiple times but no luck. I tried to connect to the toll-free number 18002094168 to get some help but the IVR always says that all the technicians are busy. Need urgent help on this.
