Can you check IP address on WAN port? Do you have public IP all time?

something wrong with my Archer D7 .
i have a nas with ddns and port forwarding seems to be wrong with udp ports.
in details i have a vpn pptp using port 1723 udp and it works.
if i try to scan ports from t1shopper port scanner toos with my ddns , this 1723 is open while if i map , from wan to lan, ports 500,4500,1701 for ipsec vpn to my synology nas they are closed also if from the archer wbm they are enable and routed to the synology nas.

strange behaviour with my tp-link archer d7

if i try to scan my ports from internet here's the result:

my forwarding table is with 1194 for openvpn open with destination my synology nas
500 4500 1701 are the same with same destination for vpn ipsec
1723 is the same with same destination for vpn pptp

all these ports are udp

but from an online tool i receive a positive feedback only for 1723, the others are closed.

and i don't understand why.
Can anybody help me?
