i want to setup bandwidth control for a particular IP address on my router, when i tried to create a rule i had filled all options except this Port range , i had no idea what to give in it & it is given that The port range which the Interior PC access the outside PC. If all are blank(or 0), the domain is noneffective., what does this actually mean & what range can i enter in the port range?? , please help me btw i am using windows 8.1 pc
