TD-W8970B need to reboot to connect to lan

I have a problem with TD-W8970B.
Whenever I turn it on I cannot see from my server-PC all the other PCs, and a media player I have connected to wired LAN. Also other PCs don't have access to internet through TD-W8970B. These problems go away only after reboot.
Any suggestions?
