Region : Indonesia

Model : TL-WA830RE

Hardware Version : V2

Firmware Version :

ISP :

So I have both the MR3420 and WA830RE, MR3420 is UPSTAIRS and WA830RE is DOWNSTAIRS. There are 2 Samsung Smart TV, 1 desktop and 2 iOS devices (iPhone and iPad) all connected to MR3420 upstairs. Then there is a Chromecast and Android Phone connected to the WA830RE downstairs, so far till yesterday everything worked fine each device communicate swiftly with no problem up until I rebooted my MR3420 ( I had issues with my internet service) Now when I'm upstairs connected to MR3420 I can't see my Chromecast anymore though wireless statistics in 192.168.0.1 I can still see WA830RE mac address appearing on my list. Before I could easily stream a movie from my desktop to my chromecast downstairs. On the opposite side if I'm downstairs connected to WA830RE I can see my devices upstairs proof that I can beam a youtube video from my iphone app downstairs to my smart tv the upstairs bedroom. What could possibly have changed when rebooting MR3420 I can't remember setting up anything peculiar before.

Some setting info on both of them :
MR3420 is set as Wan only
WPS disabled , wpa/wpa2 personal encryp aes
dhcp server enabled
arp binding disabled ( i changed this , after the reboot it was enabled )

WA830RE is set in range extender mode
wps disabled, wpa/wpa personal encryp auto
network lan type smart dhcp
dhcp server disabled

Also I dont know if this relevant or not since I'm a noob at this but if I go look at MR3420 settings in arp list I can see that WA830RE mac address is listed twice with different ip's 192.168.0.103 & 192168.0.105 while looking at WA830RE settings under status it's ip is 192.168.0.101.

Please kindly advice what to do so I can get back to how it was before..

Fix a channel to 6 on MR3420 and reconfigure WA830RE to see what happens.
