Port Forwarding not working on TL MR3220

I'm using DSL internet with cable modem scientific atlanta dpc2100r2 from Ortel Communications. This is connected to my TL MR3220 for making a WiFi AP. The internet access via WiFi is working fine on PC and mobile but port forwarding fails.
The cable modem has no router and I have tested by connecting the PC directly to the cable modem. I get an external IP and port forwarding works. But when I connect through TL MR3220, it doesn't. I have tried disabling all options in Firewall setting in TL MR3220 router page. Not working. Any ideas?
