Please Help, Wireless Causing windows to crash

my Wireless is causing Windows to crash, please help.
when i plug the USB wireless into my computer it sometimes discounts by it self, than reconnects, then it crashes my windows 7(a blue Screen appears) if i don't remove the USB. this problem reoccurring for a year by now.
i recently downloaded the latest driver for my usb, it seem that it preventing the windows form crashing(Blue Screen).
now while i was type on this thread, my USB wireless discounted/reconnected without crashing windows
