I had a problem with PPPoE mode after failure won't dial again , so i upgraded firmware to latest version from this page :

Is this a way to solve this problem or i have to send my device to guarantee?

Upgrade it to see...Did you report this problem to TP-LINK technical support with system log? http://www.tp-link.com/ar/support/contact/
