Region : CzechRepublic

Model : TL-MR3020

Hardware Version : V1.2.0

Firmware Version :

ISP :

I turned of WNIC and set up IP=192.168.0.101, mask=255.255.255.0, gateway=192.168.0.254 for LAN.
When I try SSH, telnet and Rlogin or with IP=192.168.0.254 of router I got the message "Connection refused".
DHCP on router is 192.168.0.100 - 192.168.0.199
Then I made Virtual server 192.168.0.150 (port 23, telnet TCP and UDP) on router I tried Telnet with Putty and I got "login:.." but after 4-5 s
I received a message "Connection timed out". Thanks

MR3020 is working as a router with WAN only or 3G only? What's the internet IP address?
There is only one port. Is it WAN or LAN port in your network? Your PC is connected to that port? IP address can be obtained automatically or not?

I am working with MR3020 only on 3G (because that is the type of my internet connection ) mode, but there are also 2 other working modes: WISP and AP.
MR3020 has only one ethernet interface and my PC is connected to it.
WAN interface is only 3G modem(USB stick).
Adress can be obtained automatically.
IP=192.168.0.100 mask=255.255.255.0 gateway=192.168.0.254 (address of MR3020)
Thanks

I think no. I have input this: telnet 192.168.0.254 and I got this response: 'telnet' is not recognized as an internal
or external command, operable program or batch file.

To enable telent on your PC first.
Start—>Control Panel—>programs and Features-- Turn Windows Features on or off, choose telnet client and press OK.

I have done that and then I typed "telnet 192.168.0.254" and I got this response:
"Connecting to 192.168.0.254...Could not open connection to the host, on port 23: Connect failed"
Thanks

If so, your server even doesn't respond locally...
