Not able to connect to TataDocomo photon 3g with td-w8968 modem

Hi Team,
My device is detected by the tp-link modem. I have already upgraded the firmware to the latest from the tp-link website->downloads (TD-W8968_V2_140514).
Following are the snapshots regarding the 3G Settings configured and the Status of the modem.
The tplink modem is able to detect the 3G Dongle but not able to connect to it. Please help me out on the same.
