Nothing happens after the upgrade of the firmware

Firmware Version : 2.0.0 Build 120222 Rel.08176
ISP : Maroc Telecom
Hello,
I downloaded the latest firmware, and literally followed the steps to upgrade it till the end. when I restart the router, the firmware version is always the same and nothing changes.
