Region : Argentina

Model : TL-WDR4300

Hardware Version : V1

Firmware Version : 3.14.1 Build 140916 Rel.65058n

ISP :

I want to set a minimum bandwidth for 2 of my devices. I usually have my desktop running at night downloading stuff while I am upstairs using my notebook before going to sleep. However the router prioritizes my desktop over my laptop so I figured I would set a minimum bandwidth for my notebook.

I am using the following settings:

192.168.0.100 is my desktop and 192.168.0.101 is my laptop. However even with these settings the router still prioritizes my desktop and when it's downloading I get virtually no bandwidth on my laptop.

Do I use the wrong settings? I am clueless on what the problem might be.

It works now. Thank you for your help. I appreciate it.

Tho I am not quite sure why you must set a maximum. I suppose there must be a reason for it.
