TL-WDR4300 Interface issue

Firmware Version : 3.14.7 Build 130424 Rel.72646n
ISP : Virgin
The interface under "Forwarding" then "Virtual Servers" has an issue of requiring a large screen display to even see the "Modify/delete" buttons, can only see these options by zooming out on the page:

Is there a way to hide the light green help box that I don't know about? That alone would help greatly.
