Model: Archer VR600v
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version:

Hello,

I bought 2 VR600v3 modem routers to set up a mesh network in my home. The first is set up and internet + wifi are working good. So everything is ok to that point. The problem is how can I set another VR600 device function as an extender so that they can together set up the onemesh-network in home?  A local hardware dealer said it should be possible with two identical devices.

Hi, welcome to our community.

OneMesh only works between a OneMesh router and OneMesh Wi-Fi Extenders/Powerlines.

So two VR600v can not set up Onemesh network together.

The Onemesh compatible list on the official website is for your reference, and you may consider Wi-Fi Extenders/Powerlines to work with Archer VR600v V3 according to your needs.

Thank you and best regards.
