MR3220 disconecting and reseting.

I have a problem whith this Router. Sometimes it sudenly disconnects in random periods of time and sometime the router complete off and restart litle seconds later. I notice the time of router before reconnect whin internet, that is in year 1970 an he reboot and lose time and date but not lose settings.
What i supose to do ? Im using a E1553 huawei modem and tried to Connect direct to the USB, using a USB cable extend and using a hub self powered and a externaly powered, i mean i tried everything and continue the issues.
