Hi. I need some serious help please. I have a w8980 and bt infinity.

I've connected the open reach modem to lan port 4 and gone through the quick setup process.

Pppoe mode.
Vci 0
Vpi 38
Using login bthomehub@btbroadband.com

I just cannot get it to connect. What other settings do I need to change? Please help, I've been struggling with this for two days now
