MR3420 suddenly o longer connects using Vodafone PAYG.

I have been using an MR3420 with a Vodafone PAYG K3565 dongle. For the last month it has been working fine. Suddenly last Thursday (22 Jan 15) it will no longer connect to the service. Does anyone know if Vodafone changed anything last week?
