I don't know what specs are specifically needed to just reply if you need them what you require and I'll reply with my specs. :)

I've newly bought my wifi adapter, following the quick installation guide everything went swimmingly, the device has installed correctly, it also detects the network I wish to connect to, though when connecting to my broardband it's just not working. I've tried all the methods I'm aware of.
I've tried:
Inputting the password.

Though this tell me that the key may be incorrect when it is in fact correct and all in capitals.
I've tried holding the button on my router 'til it starts scanning.
[*]I've tried holding the button on the device and then holding the one on the router.

Still, no dice.
I'm not sure what else to try so I'm here asking for help.
I'm feeling a little betrayed by the motto, 'The Reliable Choice'. :(

How long does it usually take to get a reply?
My receipt doesn't last long, so I guess I'm just panicky. :(

I used my laptop to connect the adapter to our modem, which it did successfully, even being prompted by the security key worked.
I then connected my adapter back to my desktop setup and it connected.
It's working fine now.

So all's good for the time being.
