Hi, Can you check the model and hardware version or the router? You have two different models listed above. According to TP-Link, there isn't a W8980 V3 but there is a W8968 V3.

After that, download and install the latest firmware version, that may fix the problems.

Hi, sorry, it was my mistake - I was looking for the Backup & Restore settings after I had logged in remotely. Logging in locally revealed the settings. But once I found this out, I couldn't find a way to delete my post on this form - it said I didn't have the correct privileges or something.
