Connecting with internet on PC and Mobile

I have a PC connected to an ADSL Broadband connection and a TP Link TL-WR740N V4 Router.
All was working well and I could get Wi-Fi on my Samsung GTS DuoS Mobile Smartphone.
But a week ago the Internet connection failed since my landline was severed.
This lasted for three days till the landline was repaired and now I can get Internet again, but only via ADSL router.
When I connect the TP Link, I cannot open any page on my Chrome or Internet Explorer browsers.
Also, my moblie connects but asks for “Sign-in Required”, whereas earlier it would connect automatically without any sign in.
How may all three connected equipment be restored to a good working condition as before?
