Hi all!

I am loving sharing media through my house! So far I have a 2TB Hard drive plugged into the usb port with my movies and tv that I can share with all our laptops and we also have a ps3 to our living room tv and a ps3 for our bedroom tv hooked up to the network that can access the drive.

Now I have come across an issue, I have the hard drive a bit over half full so 1.3 ish Terabyte then I wanted to share music so I chucked about 10GB of music on it and suddenly I can get into the folders where the tv and movies are stored but it comes up (no files do display) or something along those lines.. Now we can still access everything from our laptops and access the music from our ps3 but not the videos:mad:??? So i deleted the music and could access the movies again, the I only put 1 album on (10mb or somthing) and I can still access the movies but now half the tv shows come up as (no files do display) when I go into their folders!

Is there a limit that these storage sharing can output? Also I bought the second ps3 jailbroken so it can recognise all video file types so thats not the issue.

I have spent a good couple of weeks and hundreds of dollars buying the jail broken ps3 so We could access everything with ease so any help on this subject would be massively appreciated!!;)

I think that better solution for media server will be NAS (Zyxel, Synology, QNAP). I'm using Zyxel 1TB disk and I'm very glad.
