Archer D9 wifi unreliable (2.4GHz)

Firmware Version : 0.9.1 0.1 v0041.0 Build 141027 Rel.40300n
ISP : plusnet
2.4GHz wifi drops out every 30mins approx. Laptop is Pavilon m6 running windows 7 (64)
wifi card is Intel(R) Centrino(R) Wireless-N 2230
Switching wifi off/on fixes problem. Will send router back this week unless fixed.
